Paul Allard, MBA - CEO
Paul is a serial tech entrepreneur and has 18 years experience in Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, ESG and impact investing. Previously, Paul was CEO at impak Analytics, an ESG and impact data provider and rating agency, where he focused on Tier 1 Financial Institutions and corporations, thought leadership, M&A and fundraising.
Paul experience includes leading executive teams and governance boards to define and meet rigorous strategic objectives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. He has a well-established track record of building consensus, fostering open dialogue, and ensuring compliance with both procedural and ethical standards.
He has served on various Boards, currently he serves on the mission committee of Banque Wormser Frères. Paul has studied music, Engineering and holds a MBA in Finance from HEC Montreal. He is a native French and English speaker.

Florian Strich, Managing Director

Florian is a leader in privacy protection and data governance, with 12 years of consulting experience in Europe and North America.

He is the co-founder and Managing Director of Persevere Consulting.
Previously, he led a privacy practice within a major international consulting firm and serves on the Training Advisory Board of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
He has extensive experience in building high-performing teams, developing and operationalizing privacy programs, and guiding organizations through complex compliance frameworks, including the GDPR and Quebec’s Law 25.

Claude Coulombes, Ph.D, Associate
AI & Cognitive Computer Science Expert
Claude is a serial entrepreneur and a scientist with a Ph.D. in cognitive computer science with nine differents tech business ventures along the years. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs (5th generation) from Rivière-du-Loup in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Québec, Among others, Claude received the Université de Montréal Medal in 2004, and Dr. Yoshua Bengio (Turing Award 2018) was his research supervisor at UdeM.
Claude is a seasoned software developer who has revolutionized French grammar checker technology using AI. He has also invented many specialized software programs in natural language processing (NLP) and a machine to remove black ice from sidewalks. In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, Claude teaches applications of computer vision, NLP and generative AI chatbots at the university level.
Claude has Ph.D. in cognitive computer science (2020), a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and a B.Sc. in Physics., He is an expert in AI applications with extensive experience in natural language processing, deep learning, generative AI, machine learning and data science. If you use a computer to write in French, there's a good chance you're using software he contributed to. He’s a software developer of cloud based and mobile app. in Python, Java, and HTML5.
